We rip the old deck out so you can get straight into the rebuild. Boards, joists, bearers, posts, stairs, balustrades. All removed from site. You walk onto clean bearers or a clean slab, tools in hand, day one.

We specialise in non-structural demolition and site prep. Deck removal, concrete removal, internal strip outs, fencing, shed removal, post and footing extraction, and general site cleanup. We leave the site ready for the next trade to start.

Trade prep is priced as hourly labour plus disposal, or as a fixed quote for the full job. Dense materials like concrete are charged per tonne. We give you a clear price before we start.

No. We handle non-structural demolition only. Decks, fencing, internal linings, cabinetry, sheds and similar. If you need structural work, we can recommend licensed demolition contractors.

Yes. We work with builders, carpenters and tradies on an ongoing basis. Trade accounts with monthly invoicing and priority scheduling available. Josh holds a Cert III in Carpentry so we understand how sites work.
